Browsing through the “family” blogs on Blogger and other venues I can’t help but wonder what darkness lies below all of these oh so happy, fresh faced families.
There seems no concern or notice of the world around them, just a focus on their nuclear group, seemingly without a care in or for the world. Perhaps they are all fabulously wealthy and have insulated themselves, or simply just insulated themselves.
I wonder if that’s a “better” way to life: Shutting out the “bad” in the world, like some follower of a motivational speaker or new age channel.
There is always a little wax in every ear.
