What is it with cell phones? I have a couple of landlines and a cell and constantly ask people to call me on the landline, yet they insist on calling my mobile phone. Now, I’ve got an iPhone, which is a great phone and today broke (Apple’s replacing it tomorrow), but I have yet to find a cell phone that’s a physically comfortable to talk on as a regular receiver.
And I really don’t understand why we seem to need to be so well-connected. It seems like everyone is constantly on the phone, like caricatured teenagers. In the market folks talk on these damned things while running over one’s foot with their carts. Imagine how they’re driving.
