Walter Cronkite Redux

I grew up with Walter Cronkite and he inspired me. However, I find it remarkable that rather than the regular people he touched, CBS chose celebrities, as well as of course, other reporters, for its retrospective. It is, truly, a sign of the times, this celebrity centered media. I like George Clooney, love Robin Williams…but I would be far more interested in what my peers think, than those who seem to have to remain in the spotlight…what does Joe Dokes think.
